Bonds, James Bonds!
This was another quick project for @Sketch_Dailies. As the huge Bond fan I am, I felt that by doing only one of the actors I was being unfair to the other ones. After all, to some extent I've enjoyed even the worst Bond films, and I think that such generally maligned Bond actors as Lazenby and Dalton happen to be in two of the best films of the series (the Lazeby hate I get, he is a piece of wood, but I don't get why people dispise Dalton, he is one of the finest Bonds ever).
A very quick blocking sketch. I like to start this way and work the details later in the ink, it helps me to keep it fresh.
The inked sketch. As is apparent, I wasn't entirely happy with the composition and have it all rearranged for the finished piece.
